The next 7 years the cross-border region between Bulgaria and Serbia will face a number of challenges that require a different, integrated response [1] to territorial needs [2]. In this regard, a campaign [3] for collecting project ideas [4] which will underpin the implementation of the Territorial Strategy for Integrated Measures (TISM) [5] of the programme for the period 2021-2027 has been launched. TISM is the tool that will support the transformation of your project idea from an intention to a concrete solution.
