In regards to the preparation of the Bulgaria-Serbia IPA Cross-border Programme 2014-2020, the 2^nd Regional Consultative Forum will take place on 23^rd April 2014 in Nis and on 24^th April 2014 in Sofia.  

The meetings will take the form of plenary discussions on the following topics:

• Strategic framework of the Bulgaria-Serbia IPA Cross-border Programme 2014-2020;
• Programme’s ‘thematic concentration’ – proposed options for thematic priorities of the new IPA Cross-border Programme;
• Programme’s ‘intervention logic’ – Programme’s specific objectives, respective results and future activities.

The meetings will be held on Bulgarian or Serbian language (depending on the location).

In view of the above, we would kindly like to invite you/representatives of your organization to take part in the forthcoming meetings, according to your preference location.
