Guidelines of the Managing Authority of Interreg-IPA CBC Programmes, related to emergency measures on the territories of the programme countries - Version 2, 23.04.2020

23.04.2020

The Managing Authority (MA) of the Interreg - IPA CBC Bulgaria – Serbia Programme, informs the beneficiaries that in order to improve control and legality of the actions to be taken in case of temporary suspension of projects, it supplements the instructions to the beneficiaries of the program regarding:

- suspension of Service / Supply / Works contracts for the implementation of the project activities

- provision of an analysis of the planned activities after the suspension period

For projects in implementation, beneficiaries should submit analysis of the remaining project activities/events, taking into consideration the effect of the emergency measures introduced. The above analysis is to be submitted with the Project progress report following the date of the announcement of the emergency measures.

These guidelines are applicable for the period of the state of emergency on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria as well as the emergency measures on the territories of the partner countries.
