The First draft of the Guidelines for applicants under IPA II CBC Bulgaria - Serbia Programme is available for public review. Potential applicants, as well as other interested organizations and persons, are invited to send their suggestions and comments on the application package no later than the 20th of May 2015 on the following e-mail address: nnikolich@mrrb.government.bg [1]
Important remarks:
- The draft of the guidelines is based on the Programme document which is currently being reviewed by the European Commission. Thus, both the Programme document and the guidelines can be changed after the official approval of the IPA II CBC Bulgaria - Serbia Programme and subsequent approval of the application package by the Joint Monitoring Committee;
- The hereby presented documents are only a preliminary version of the future official application package, and should not be considered an invitation for preparation and submission of project proposals. Please do not send any project proposals before the official Call for Proposals has been announced.
