Trainings for project management teams in Bulgaria
Two trainings for the management team members of projects funded under the Second call of Interreg-IPA Cross-border cooperation Programme Bulgaria – Serbia were held. The seminars took place in Bulgaria: in Sofia on 4 June and in Montana on 6 June, with the participation of 56 people.
Lecturers in the trainings were representatives of the Joint secretariat and the First level control of the Programme. The trainings covered the following topics:
- Technical and financial project implementation;
- Financial Management and FLC process;
- Public procurement;
- Communication and Visibility;
- Beneficiary portal practical training.
During the workshops the project management team members had the opportunity to ask questions regarding the project implementation. All questions along with the answers provided will be published.
Feedback about the training was received by 47 participants - 37 participants were highly satisfied with the training, 8 were rather satisfied, and 2 participants could not decide how to rate the trainings.
