Project summary:

Project general objective is to diversify tourist products through cooperation in the border region and utilization of intangible heritage for tourism development - Involvement of local communities in measures for sustainable development.

The project envisages establishment of Museum of kuker masks at Kosharevo village for which the local craftsmen will create 8 traditional masks; Establishment of tourist site at Vidriste area; Provision of entertaining on site using new technologies; Advertisement of the attractions through promotional materials and 3 mobile application with guide for local traditions; and organization of Discover the Traditions events in Kosharevo and Vidriste.

Project summary:

Objective of the project is increasing the touristic attractiveness of Sofia and Nis.

Project activities are: 1. Restauration of Mausoleum in South Park Sofia; 2. Elaboration of a technical project for restauration of Nis Fortress; 3. Medieval Fest; 4. Conduction of study on modern marketing practices for popularization of less known tourist sites; 5. Elaboration of marketing strategy for promotion of hidden historic and cultural sites among young tourists; 6. Supply of models of the fortress and of ancient and medieval armory; 7. Promotion of South Park Mausoleum and Nis Fortress with modern technologies.

Expected results: 1. Restauration of Mausoleum in South Park Sofia; 2. Elaboration of a technical project for restauration of Nis Fortress; 3. Medieval Fest.

Project summary:

Objectives: improvement of accessibility to the church St Archangel Gavril in Bojnik and the Pestera Monastry in Zemen thus increasing the tourist attractiveness of the region and developing its cultural and historical heriatage potentials; popularization of tourist opportunities in the region through preparation of a tour book and organisation of a fest in Zemen.

The project envisages: Reconstruction of the road Pridvorica – Zeletovo in Bojnik; Construction works in Zemen; Elaboration and distribution of a tour book - 1000 copies, and; Organisation of festival in Zemen.

The project will contrbute to Improvement of accessibility to tourist sites in Zemen and Bojnik, and increased attractivness of the region as a tourist destination.
